Sweet Tooth

If you've read "My Story" then you know that I have a big sweet tooth!  Usually around 2:00-4:00PM it really kicks in and I want to snack on a box of cookies instead of grabbing something healthy!  My new go to snack is this...






*Fat Free Greek Yogurt (I have also used Fat Free Rice Pudding which is good too!)
*Berries-blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, or strawberry
*Walnuts or Almonds
Just mix it all together and enjoy!  I will sometimes add a small handful of dark chocolate chips too!  This snack is high in protein and a lot better for you than that sleeve of Thin Mints!  =)
