It has been 3 years since we’ve had a brand new workout program from Shaun T. I've loved them all but now I'm ready to be challenged in a new way! Who is TRANSFORM :20 for?
Everyone! Shaun T created this program knowing that there are many people who just don’t have the time to work out…until now!!   As a new father of twins, he finds less and less time to get a workout in. This is what motivated him to create a program for EVERYONE. There is a modifier during every workout and if you’re thinking that 20 minutes isn’t enough for you…just wait!  I heard you burn just as many calories as Insanity Max 30 in just 20 minutes!!  🙂

Transformations:
 Mom of 3, 38 years old. Struggle with knee issues & arthritis with strength & traditional HIIT programs but have really been able to dial up my intensity since the step dynamics don't bother my knees as much. Using recover and energize religiously. Was flexible with the portion fix. Had several “treats” over the 6 weeks. 

I was VERY skeptical about 20 minutes. I didn’t do ONE single bonus workout the entire 6 weeks. I wanted to put the 20 min to the test as a fit person who’s been working out for 35-60 minutes a day for 18 months. Pleasantly surprised with my results and fitness gains
 A few things about me... I’m a stay-at-home mom of two. I loved these workouts because 20 minutes a day allowed me to get back to a lifestyle where my entire day wasn’t centered around my workout. It allowed me to schedule more activities for my daughter and I to do while my son was at school. I loved doing the workouts at 12:30pm because it was right during lunchtime. Most days I finished my workout before my daughter had finished her lunch. This meant that nap time was back to being me time rather than my workout time and that was such a game changer for my life and my business. The results I get from Shaun T programs are always insane. My legs never lean out in any other program the way they do with Shaun’s. My nutrition was on point 90% of the time. I followed the container system but applied what I had learned from 80 Day Obsession and timed nutrition. I drank shakeology daily and used energize before every workout.

 Andrea — 22 years young. Single. Remodeling a home during. Recent college graduate. Full-time farmHER. 20 minutes a Day was PERFECT for me with harvest, weaning calves and everything else going on.
In addition, in October 2017... I lost a previous boyfriend of 2 years in an accident. He is the only reason I got into a healthy routine + beachbody in general. I haven’t been able to push fully through an entire workout without quitting halfway through or half-assing it.

 I started this program exactly six weeks to the day of my wedding. With recently buying a home, finishing planning our wedding, and juggling the changes that come with this "about to be a wife" phase, I can't say enough good things about Transform :20.
Not only did my VERY form fitting dress fit like a freaking GLOVE the day of my wedding, I just felt mentally so prepared to enter into being someones wife with an awesome, positive, loving mindset.
What I loved about Transform :20 was that it got me great results (My 5'2 frame lost -5 pounds of fluff!) while not going coo-coo about my size/weight prepping for my wedding dress! I just trusted Shaun, loved EVERY workout, and every day was like thinking, "Holy crap that was hard, in the best way!"
I have so many friends that did crash diets, juice cleanses, or went to daily saunas to slim up before their wedding. I always say to my clients, "your dress fits you, not the other way around" and Transform :20 completely allowed me to just enjoy being healthy for LIFE, and not a few hours on one day of my life!
Better yet, on to round two with this program, and it's STILL fun, I am still getting my butt kicked, and STILL seeing results!

 I started this program at 7 months postpartum, while exclusively breastfeeding, and am home full time with my son, while working my coaching business. I used the portion fix to fuel my body and maintain my supply, all while getting results with 20 minute workouts! I had a weekly flex meal, but main focus was nutrition to nourish my babe. I drank shakeology daily, and energize and hydrate preworkout, every workout! It was a game changer for my performance.

What is LIIFT4?

IT'S FINALLY HERE!!!!  I am so excited for the release of our newest program that is officially being released October 1st...BUT... I am running a VIP Test Group starting July 16th that allows you to unlock the program and try it BEFORE it's released!  Here are the details...

This program is truly formulated to get you better results in less time and who doesn't want that?  I'm a busy mom and can feel overwhelmed in the summer trying to keep up with work, home chores, and entertaining the kids, but my health should never take a backseat just because I'm busy!  WE'RE ALL BUSY but you make time for what matters to you!  With workouts only 4 days a week that last 30-40 minutes each... I can easily mange this and have no excuses!  

LIIFT4 is an efficient, no-nonsense 8-week program that combines weightlifting and calorie-burning High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the nutrition and supplements needed for a complete body transformation. The moves are based on classic lifting techniques that let you isolate, stabilize, and focus each rep on the muscle group you’re working.

2B Mindset

“I’m going to help you win the weight-loss battle once and for all!”

It’s not a diet. It’s a mindset.
But make no mistake, the 2B Mindset can help you lose weight — happily — without feeling deprived or hungry, without exercising, without counting calories, or cutting out whole food groups.  Did you hear that?  Carbs are allowed, wine is allowed, dessert is allowed...dessert and wine are food groups, right?!?  
The 2B Mindset addresses the number one issue with weight loss and weight management — food. Exercise is critical for living a healthy, functional life, but as they say, abs are made in the kitchen — and that’s the problem Ilana designed the 2B Mindset to solve.  She has lost over 100 pounds with this program and knows what it's like to loose weight and keep it off!  
You see, I love fitness.  But nutrition?  Let me stick to my freedom please.  I've found whenever I try to stick to any sort of "rules" I first feel like I better eat and drink everything I love in the house the night before I start...BINGE on it all...wine, dessert, carbs...let me eat it all before I'm not allowed the next day...have you been there?   Then I can stick to the rules for a while, see results, and then I'm DONE and eat it all again out of anger and tell myself how ridiculous those rules are and I need to LIVE!  =)  Roller coaster ride!  Am I the only one??  
Is anyone like me and "on track" for a few weeks, see results, but can't live like that?  Or maybe you're good all week, go for it all on the weekends?  Good all day, but watch out at night?  Are you SICK AND TIRED of yo yo diets or trying the latest fad?  ME TOO!!!  My JAM is BALANCE!  I haven't always had it in my life but that's what I strive for because when I don't focus on my food and what I CANT have, I do my best!  When I try to limit, it's all I can think about and truly it doesn't make me happy so I often choose fitness over nutrition...until now!  
I feel like this program is made for me!  BALANCE...NOTHING off limits...PEACE with your food!  Can I get an amen?!  I mean... for real!  I am SO DARN EXCITED!!!!! My friends who were in the test group got AMAZING results and they've tried everything from weight watchers, keto diet, our container system, if it fits your macros, interment fasting, etc...said they feel so free because there's no planing/prepping, calorie counting, measuring/weighting food, or point counting, just taking the steering wheel with a healthy mindset and balance in life!  FREEDOM!!!!!! 
With this program, fitness is NOT required but is considered a bonus and encouraged so if you're doing Beachbody home workouts, Crossfit, Orange Theory, 9Round, running, etc. that's great and keep going girlfriend, but for those of you just getting started, leave the fitness for later boo!  Yup, that's right, you can loose weight without sweating it out and dealing with a food approved list!

Did you know??

Did you know I used to sell candles, bags, and then jewelry with 3 different well known companies over the years? I was always searching for something that would bring me passion and a purpose outside of being a mom but would still give me the freedom to stay at home with my babies, make my own schedule, and create an income for our family. So I tried these different things and always wished  it would be super successful and that I could win these amazing trips some of the other consultants were earning but it seemed impossible for a few reasons:  

1. I wanted a job that gave me MORE time with my family and in order to rock those businesses I had to have a lot of parties and do shows on the weekends which I was not willing to do  


2. I'm not a sales person so starting at 0 sales at the beginning of every month and trying to encourage people to buy something that is a WANT instead of a NEED was hard! 


3. I grew tired of each product. They weren't things you HAD to have and although they were fun at first, they lost their luster like most new "toys" do.

So there I was, a stay at home still searching for something MORE! Then I was invited to join an accountability group and I didn't realize my whole life was about to change. I didn't workout consistently at the time, I ate cookies for lunch, was tired ALL THE TIME,and could only do 2 pushups but I thought maybe this group would help me feel better?! A week went by and I was consistent with my workouts, 2 weeks, and then a whole month and I was sticking to it!  😳      People started noticing a change in my energy and happiness, my clothes started fitting me better and I was feeling more confident and motivated! No quick fix just fitness, nutrition, and support did the trick and because people were asking me and interested in joining me, sooooo I signed up as a coach!  





Super fun night celebrating in Punta Cana on one of the FREE trips I earned! 

I don't have to carry inventory, I don't have to host parties or do shows, I just live my best life and help others do the same! I literally get paid for something I'd be doing anyway and THAT blows my mind! I've now earned those FREE trips I used to dream about and have gone on a trip EVERY YEAR since becoming a coach! God answered my prayers by giving me a passion and purpose that I wake up SO EXCITED to do everyday! Now don't get me wrong, I am NOT knocking all the other sales companies that I worked for, or that my friends work for!   I LOVE those products, buy them often, and I'm truly SO PROUD of any of my friends or other women that build a business doing what they love...this is just my journey and what was right for me so please don't take it personal!  😊

Spinach and Bacon Quinoa Muffins


The kitchen and I aren't the best of friends so when I made the decision to start 80 Day Obsession I was a little nervous that I would get bored with the food if I didn't experiment with some recipes!  I wanted them to be easy and convenient which led me right to these muffins!  


The perfect pre workout meal with the right combo of carbs, protein, and veggies to fuel your body and give you the energy you need to KRUSH it!!  
3 muffins count as 1 Red, 1 Green, 1 Yellow, and 1tsp. for those of you following the 80 meal plan.  



Here they are before you put them in the oven.  Not pretty (remember the kitchen and I aren't friends!) but they smell and taste delicious!!!


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. green onions
  • 1 egg, scrambled
  • 2 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tsp. olive oil

Directions: Heat oven to 375° F. Cook the spinach with olive oil until just wilted. Transfer spinach to a bowl, add all of the remaining ingredients, and stir to combine. Then spoon the mixture into a muffin pan lined with muffin cups or coated with nonstick spray. Press into pan.  Bake for 20 minutes. This amount of ingredients makes three muffins (one serving), and can be easily multiplied to make more.

TIP: I quadrupled this recipe so that I would have enough for 4 days!  You could make even more and freeze them if you wanted!  You can also mix it was raw eggs instead of scrambled to help them stick together better!
