Shaun Week Day 3: Insane Weights

Insane Weights

Need a set of light weights (5-8 lbs) and heavy (10-15) 

DONE is better than perfect!! 👌
It ain't always pretty but I'll always get it done!  👊 I thought weight day would be a nice little break but I should've known that Shaun's version of weight day includes cardio and working the core the entire time!   There are some tricep push-ups at the end that were so tough!! It is totally fine to slow down, modify, or look like you're dying!  😬 😆
Day 3 is done! Best week ever!! ☀️

I told you it's not always pretty!  haha!!!
