- 1 scoop protein mix (I use Shakeology!)
- 1 cup gluten free quick oats
- 4 Tbsp. apple sauce
- 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Coconut shavings (any amount you want)
- Chocolate chips or Peanut Butter chips
